EleV8 SupplementsLaunch Blueprint
Two completely separate operations. A US tech-co + US-only platform, partners, products, and infrastructure. A Canadian tech-co + Canada-only platform, partners, products, and infrastructure. NO cross-border data, products, or services. Each market is built, complied with, and operated independently.
EleV8 Supplements Inc. (DE) Β· US partner PC Β· 503A compounding pharmacy Β· DoseSpot Β· Stripe USA Β· AWS us-east-1 Β· HIPAA
EleV8 Supplements Canada Inc. (Federal) Β· CA partner medical group Β· Pillway/Mednow pharmacy Β· OSCAR Pro EMR Β· Stripe CA Β· AWS ca-central-1 Β· PHIPA
The Thesis β Two Independent Operations
We operate two fully-independent businesses under one brand. Each market has its own legal entity, its own partner medical group, its own pharmacy, its own tech stack, its own data infrastructure, and its own regulatory framework. A patient in the US never touches Canadian infrastructure, and vice versa.
Why fully separated? Cross-border telehealth is illegal β a US doctor cannot prescribe to a Canadian patient, a Canadian pharmacy cannot dispense to the US, patient health data has different residency rules, ad rules differ (Health Canada DTC ad ban vs FDA framework). Hard separation = clean compliance + clean unit economics.
The Hard Separation Matrix
Every operational layer is independent. Patient data, product catalog, partners, infrastructure, and compliance frameworks are fully siloed. The only thing shared between USA and Canada is the brand identity (logo, name).
Competitor Benchmark
Medvi (USA)
Tech platform + marketing β white-label compounding pharmacy + partner PC physicians. Compounded GLP-1 focus. DoseSpot for ePrescribing. Same model we're using.
Key Takeaway
Aggressive paid acquisition + simple subscription. Got FDA letters for ad claims. We avoid that with stricter creative review and diversified SKUs beyond GLP-1.
Felix Health (Canada)
Canadian-owned virtual care. Patients chat with CPSO/CPSBC-licensed MDs. Prescriptions sent to partner pharmacy or patient's choice.
Key Takeaway
Province-by-province MD licensing + Health Canada-approved drugs only. No 'compounded for telehealth' loophole exists in Canada.
Phoenix (Canada)
Men's health vertical (ED, hair loss, weight). Telehealth + delivery via partner pharmacy. Health Canada-approved Rx only (Ozempic, Wegovy, finasteride, sildenafil).
Key Takeaway
Phoenix doesn't ship compounded peptides β they ship branded Rx. Our Canadian arm must follow same model OR partner with Health Canada-licensed compounder.
Vertical Compliance Matrix
What we can ship in each market by product category.
